Vets have attached 20 tonnes of animal products that can poison Ukrainians
During last week the State provided inspections of the enterprises that produce animal production. The State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service and Ukrainian Veterinary Police workers have inspected 417 enterprises. And together with the traffic police has inspected 108 vehicles during livestock production transportation. According to Serhii Oksyuta, the Head of Veterinary Internal Affairs of Ukraine it was registered 256 violations.
As a result, production at 13 enterprises was suspended and 20 tonnes of animal products of poor quality have been attached.
For example, in Chernivtsi vets have exposed the illegal workshop of livestock food production. In Lukhansk region more than 6 tonnes of low-quality frozen fish have been confiscated.
The workers of the Ukrainian Veterinary Police and State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service secured the control of almost 10 tonnes of low-quality animal products utilization.
Today, there is a stable, prosperous epizootic situation in Ukraine. The State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service of Ukraine provides control of dangerous animal infectious diseases, especially common to animals and humans.
