Ukraine has reduced exports of cheese by 27% — The State fiscal service of Ukraine
In January-September, 2016 Ukraine exported cheese on $15.9 million (5.5 thousand tons), which is 27% lower than the same period in 2015, according to The State fiscal service of Ukraine.
The main buyers of Ukrainian cheeses in January-September 2016 are Kazakhstan ($8.2 million), Moldova ($4.5 million) and Egypt ($1.3 million).
Thus, at the end of 2015 the largest importers of cheese were:
- Kazakhstan ($13.6 million),
- Russia ($9.5 million),
- Moldova ($6.6 million).
