In particular, the potato storage (private enterprise «Vimal Agro» of Kulikovka district) was reconstructed. The construction of silo to store dry grain with a capacity of 10 thousand tons (LLC «Pliski Agro» of Borzna district) was completed, as well as buildings for growing berries (LLC «Agricultural company «Eko-Park» of Kozelets district).

The Department notes that in 2016 there were constructed 8 grain dryers with a total capacity exceeding 4 tons per day at the enterprises of Bakhmach, Bobrovitsa, Gorodnya, Sosnitsa and Chernigovka districts. Now in the region there are 206 grain dryers on the various types of energy resources with a total capacity of almost 127 thousand tons per day.

In the livestock sector, last year they built the barn for keeping 500 heads of cattle («Agrofirm named after Shevchenko of Bakhmach district), milking parlours (LLC «LAN» of Semenovka district, farmer’s household «Naporovskoe» of Chernigovka district).

The construction of 2-nd turn of a dairy complex for 340 heads was completed (LLC «KROK-Ukrzalizprom» of Priluki district).

«In addition, buildings for keeping 200 heads of young stock (JSC «Kremen» of Ichnya district), milking parlour for 450 heads (FH «Kolos» of Kulikovka district), a cowshed for 200 heads (LLC «Rozhnovka Agro» of Ichnya district) were reconstructed. The building for cattle with the installation of milk pipeline for 200 heads was upgraded (LLC «LAN» of Semenovka district)», — was added in the message.
