Rosselkhoznadzor didn’t record radionuclides level excess in milk of the Belorussian company Milkavita. This is according to Assistant to the Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor Aleksey Alekseyenko.
The company’s chief engineer Vitaly Nikulin said, that if the Milkavita milk contained exceeded levels of radionuclides, it wouldn’t have chances to get to the Russian market. According to his words, the raw milk which is supplied to the plant undergoes thorough examination, which includes tests on radioactivity.
Earlier reporters the US agency Associated Press took a sample of milk from the plant to a lab, which found levels of radionuclides 10 times higher than Belorussian authorities allow in food products.
