In 2015, experts predict a reduction in dairy production by 0.5-1.5%. The reason for it is the reduction in the number of cows in farms.

This is reported by experts of Counseling Center of ADP.

Otherwise, the professional sector will increase dairy production by 5.6%, mainly due to increase in productivity of livestock.

«Ukraine still remains a net exporter of milk and dairy products (i.e. country which exports exceed imports in a given period). This year we will again produce more milk than we can use and it will press on prices for raw milk», — says Andrii Yarmak, an economist of the Department of Technical Cooperation FAO.
