Land reform will be prepared after summer vocation
Consideration of bill to repeal the moratorium on sale of agricultural land will take place after summer holidays, said the first Deputy Minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine Maxim Martynyuk.
«We have the text of the bill, but there are some nuances and, in particular, we are now in a very constructive dialogue with the right business associations. When we finalize the bill, it will be agreed by the government and submitted to the Parliament, but I think that voting even in the first reading will be after summer holidays», — told Maxim Martynyuk.
The Deputy Minister also expressed hope that the decision to lift the moratorium will be made this year.
«The question of since what date the market will open is still debated, but we hope that it will be 1 January 2018», — added first Deputy Minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine .
