In 2013 the State Animal Agriculture Development and Cooperative Movement Support will be provided
The State Budget of 2013 provides financial payments for young cattle maintenance and keeping and cooperatives development.
‘The Ministry of the Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance have discussed the directions of next year financial payments. Such approach is very important. Primarily the money will be sent to animal agriculture and cooperatives development and interest cover of received credits. I would like to point out that it has been preserved a special animal development fund which is accumulated from the VAT of meat and milk processing. It is planned to be 800-900 million UAH«, Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said.
In particular the Minister has explained that these assets are sent to pay dotations for young cattle maintenance and keeping, milk livestock increase, family farms creation, costs on milking machines compensations and purveying cooperatives creation. As for horticulture and viniculture it is provided from 1.5% of the total budget charges, according to Mykola Prysyazhnyuk.
«But I want to mention that it provided 100 million US dollars by 2013 State Budget for these subjects plus unused money of 2012. I am sure that this amount will be 600-700 million UAH. It is enough to pay all expenses of horticulture and viniculture development», Mykola Prysyazhnyuk added.
The Minister has also assumed that the budget may be reconsidered as for the State Financial Support Programme of development of cooperative movement, horticulture, family farm creation, vegetable depositary and interest cover of received credits increase.
